2024 Little Rhody WIFFLE® Ball Classic

- Site: Fay Memorial Field (1 Dallas Ave., Cranston, RI)
- Team Entry Fee: $200
- # of Games: Pool Play + Elimination Bracket (for qualifying teams) + Hitting Challenge/Home Run Derby
- Age: Any age is permitted; each team must have at least one player age 21+
- Base Running: There is no base running at this tournament. Players of all ages, abilities, and capabilities are encouraged to participate.
- Players per Team: 4 (minimum), 5 (suggested minimum), 6, or 7 (maximum)
- Players on Field: A team may field up to 5 players on defense (including the pitcher) at any given time. All team members must be included in the hitting lineup.
- Attire: We ask that you come up with a team uniform/attire, if possible.
- Food/Drinks: We ask that you please bring food/drinks.
- Alcohol/Drugs: Are strictly prohibited. Please do not bring either to the event.

The Rhode Island WIFFLE® Ball League places at the top of our priorities the health and safety of our members, players, volunteers, and officials. Like all of you, we have been closely following the news and navigating these uncharted waters since first learning of the COVID-19 outbreak. We want to assure you that we are taking all the proactive steps necessary to ensure that you remain safe and healthy. We are closely following guidelines released by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) to prevent the spread of the virus. Among the measures we are taking include:
We will continue to monitor the situation closely to keep you safe.
- We are providing access to sanitizing wipes and alcohol gel throughout the premises, including each of the fields, the restrooms, and eating areas.
- All people associated with the Rhode Island Wiffle® Ball League are encouraged to wash their hands frequently, refrain from touching their faces, and stay home if they aren’t feeling well or show symptoms of the virus.
- If people associated with the Rhode Island Wiffle® Ball League have recently traveled to a high-risk area of the world or been exposed to someone who has, we are asking them to self-quarantine for 14 days, as recommended by the CDC.
- We continue to update our members on procedures to help stop the spread of germs.
